Procedures 1) Cells were inoculated in L broth containing Kan in 96 well plate overnight at 30℃. 2) Cells were diluted in L broth containing Kan and grown for 2 hours at 37℃. 3) Cells were harvested and resuspended. 4) Cells were spotted on poly-lysine coated slide glass,fixed in methanol and washed with H2O. 5) Cells were stained with DAPI and then observed. |
