How to Request

*Two or more set order, a set order and an individual order cannot be added at once.
  You can pay with only a credit card (MASTER or VISA).

1. Search for resources and add them to your cart.
2. Follow the instructions on the website and proceed to request for strains.
3. Enter your credit card information.
4. This completes your strain request.

1. Search for resources and add them to your cart.

• Search for resources from the resource lists or the strain detail pages and click the “Add” button to place the resource into your cart (Fig. 1-a).
  
  
• Click the “View Cart” button located in the header to view the resources in your cart (Fig. 1-b).

• If you wish to proceed to checkout, click the “Request” button (Fig. 2).

2. Follow the instructions on the website and proceed to request for strains.

• Read the MTA and other important notices regarding the handling of resources and verify your personal information (Fig. 3).
  
  
• Follow the instructions written on each of the pages and proceed with your strain request.

3. Enter your credit card information.

• After the final confirmation for the contents of your request, you will be redirected to a page to enter your credit card information. (Fig. 4)
  
  
• If the payment amount is correct, enter your credit card information and make the payment.
  

4. This completes your strain request.

• Once you reach the Order Completed page, your strain request was completed successfully (Fig. 5).
  
  
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email which you have registered.
