spl-ko833 allele has a 2-base deletion from +25 to +27 of the spl coding region and a 5-base insertion (AGGAG). This mutant may have transgenes for cmlc2: EGFP, cmlc2: mRFP, islet1-EGFP, sox17-EGFP and/or fli1: EGFP.

The recipient shall acknowledge Dr. Weinstein and cite his paper (Lawson and Weinstein, Dev. Biol. 248, 307-318), if the recipient publishes the results using Tg(fli1a:EGFP)y1.
