(ncv7Tg) This Tg line expresses C-terminally mCherry-tagged LIFEACT, a small actin binding peptide, under the control of endothelial-specific fli1a promoter. LIFEACT-mCherry indicates localization of F-actin. (ncv124) The rap1bncv124 mutant, which was developed using TALEN technique, harbors an 10-bp deletion in the exon 3 of rap1b, resulting in a premature stop codon. Mutant alleles can be identified by BbsI digestion of a PCR product generated with the following primer set: 5'-tgtactgtgtgcgtgtgttg-3' and 5'-tcctgaccagcaagtgtagg-3'. The Tg(fli1a:LIFEACT-mCherry)ncv7Tg line has already been deposited separately. |
