| This Tg line expresses mCherry-tagged Histone H2B (H2B) under the control of endothelial cell specific fli1a promter. The nuclei of endothelial cells can be labeled with mCherry. This line has heterozyogous mutant alleles that lack 11 bp in cdh5 gene. Mutation was introduced by TALEN method. For identifying cdh5 mutant, PCR analyses of genomic DNA can be performed using the following primer set:5'-ttgttgtccttgcaaagctg-3' and 5'-tctagaggattcgctgat-3'. |
