tspan18b ncv123 is a tspan18b heterozygous mutant fish.
We introduced a mutation in the fifth exon using TALEN method. The fish has 11bp deletion in there.
By crossing these heterozygous fishes, tspan18b mutant fish can be generated.

We injected TALEN into Tg(sox17:EGFP) background fish. Therefore, the fish expresses EGFP under the control of sox17 promoter.
