| Information | |
| Tg(5×UAS:EGFP-P2A-krasG12D) is expressed in the presence of a Gal4 gene. krasG12G gene is linked to EGFP by a P2A sequence. This transgene can be detected by a genomic PCR using Fwd(5′-CCACCTACGGCAAGCTGACC-3′) and Rev(5′-tcccacgaccacaagcttat-3′) primers. The product size is 701 bp. The 17 bp deletion-mutation in the insl5b locus is introduced by the CRISPR/Cas9 system. This mutation is detectable by a genomic PCR using Fwd(5′-CATGAAGGTGATGCTGCTAGCAG-3′) and Rev(5′-CATTTACGGGGTCTTCAGTTTGG-3′) primers. |
