| Information | |
| gSAIzGFFD1105A is identical to Tg(pInt-Gal4)/+ in the reference. pInt-Gal4 is expressed in the posterior intestine from late 4 dpf. The 8 bp insertion-mutation in the fgf21 locus is introduced by the CRISPR/Cas9 system. This mutation is detectable by a genomic PCR using Fwd(5′-ctgacggaggtgtggtgtgg-3′) and Rev(5′-CAGAGGTAGAGAGATGTAGCTGCAC-3′) primers. |
| The Conditions to Distribute Strains | |
|
In publishing the research results to be obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, co-authorship of the DEPOSITOR is required. Prior to filing an application for a patent, or intellectual property or other rights based on the results of research using the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, the recipient shall acquire the consent from (or notify to) the DEPOSITOR for such application. The recipient and National Institute of Genetics (Contact: Intellectual Property Unit, chizai@nig.ac.jp) shall sign an MTA, which set forth the terms and conditions to use the intellectual property rights based on the results of research using gSAIzGFFD1105A. The recipient shall be sent an agreement for distribution obtained from National Institute of Genetics to NZC. |
