| Information | |
| Tg(5×UAS:EGFP-P2A-krasG12D) is expressed in the presence of a Gal4 gene. krasG12G gene is linked to EGFP by a P2A sequence. This transgene can be detected by a genomic PCR using Fwd(5′-CCACCTACGGCAAGCTGACC-3′) and Rev(5′-tcccacgaccacaagcttat-3′) primers. The product size is 701 bp. Tg(fabp10a:mCherry) is expressed in the liver under the control of a fabp10a promoter from 3 dpf. The 53 bp deletion-mutation in the igfbp1a locus is introduced by the CRISPR/Cas9 system. This mutation is detectable by a genomic PCR using Fwd(5′-GTGGCAGCATTCAGCGCACTCCTC-3′) and Rev(5′-GGCATCCACCGCCGGACACTC-3′) primers. |
