wwtr1ncv114/wt fish has wwtr1 heterozygous allele. We designed mutation site using TALEN method in the first exon. And these fishes have 8bp deletion in this exon (CCACCAGG). We injected TALEN into Tg(myl7:Nls-tdEOS)ncv10Tg which expresses Nuclear localization signal tagged tdEosFP (Nls-tdEosFP) under the control of myl7 promoter.
