| This line expresses GFP under the control of isl1 BAC promoter. GFP was expressed in the Second heart field (SHF)-derived cells and motor neurons. CH211-219F7 BAC clone is applied to generate Tg line. This line has heterozyogous mutant alleles that lacked 10 bp at exon2 and 16 bp at exon3 in lats1 and lats2 gene, respectively. To genotype this mutation, we used primer pairs for amplification: lats1 (5’-GGCACTTAACATATGCTTTTACATG-3’and 5'- TTTGCTGCTGTCTGCGGAGCTGTT-3') and lats2 (5'-AGAGTTTGTGTGAGAGAAAACAGG-3' and 5'-GCATTGACCAGATCCTGTAGCATC-3'). |
