Information
This line exhibited 7 bp deletion at exon2 of prmt8b gene. We used the primer pair (5'-cagcagcagcaaaaacacaagcaac-3' and 5'-ccccaaaactccatccaattacctc-3') to genotype mutation. This line also expresses GFP under the control of elavl3, also known as Huc pan-neuron marker, promoter. GFP was expressed in the neurons.
