| This line exhibited 4 bp deletion at exon1 of prmt8b-like gene. We used the primer pair (5'-tttacctcaagatacgaagctcgcc-3' and 5'-GTGAGATTACATTGGGACAACTTATG-3') to genotype this mutation. This line also expresses GFP under the control of elavl3, also known as Huc pan-neuron marker, promoter. GFP was expressed in the neurons. |
