Information
We generated a c3orf70a/b knockout (KO) zebrafish line using CRISPR/Cas9. This KO line has 10 and 20 bp deletion in the c3orf70a and c3orf70b, respectively, causing frame shifts that generated premature stop codons. This mutant may contain the transgene from Tg (eno2: Cerulean) that were generated using Tol2 system and albino(b4) from Max-Planck Institute for Developmental Biology.
