There are considerable discrepancies among the recombination values calculated, which seem due to too small population size, especially to obtain double recessive segregants from F1 hybrid in a repulsion phase. That is, the recombination values between alpha-Amy-B1 and alpha-Amy-B4, and also between centromere and alpha-Amy-B5 seem to be considerably underestimated, because some of crossover types were deficient. Taking these conditions into consideration we drew the tentative map as shown in
Fig.3-c.
