**2.1.1.0 cleaning tanks

+Put a fist-sized clump of polywool in the mating tank near the surface of the water.
+Let it stand for a week or less. Medaka spawns the eggs on the clump of polywool. Move next step as soon as you obtain enough number of eggs.
+Transfer the polywool to a new tank.
+Wait for the eggs to hatch.

-The polywool should be placed near the surface of the water so that sufficient oxygen is supplied to the eggs.
