atg5 mutants (loss-of-function mutation) were generated by CRISPR/Cas9.

4-base insertion was introduced in exon3 of atg5 gene by using CRISPR method.
The heterozygous fish was identified by heteroduplex mobility assay using followed primers:
atg5-f, GTCAGTTACCTGACACTAGTCACTG
atg5-r, TCGAAAGTGTCAAAGCTACTCCGC
Mutation:
5’-GAAATGTGGTTTGAACACGAGGG-3’ Wild-type allele
5’-GAAATGTGGTTTGAACCACACAGAGGG-3’ Mutated allele (+4 bp)
