|Tg fish expresses beta-catenin dependent Gal4 driver (a fusion protein containing DNA-binding domain of Gal4, beta-catenin binding protein (Tcf full-length), 2A peptide and mCherry) under the control of myl7 promoter. Thus, this zebrafish line carrying the UAS-EGFP reporter gene allows the visualization of beta-catenin-Tcf transcriptional activity in cardiomyocyte. Tcf reporter activity is seen at the atrial-ventricular canal (AVC).|
