Phenotype: Transgenic zebrafish that express dTomato-Nuc (dTomato that has a nuclear localization signal) under the promoter of Xenpus EF. All the cells express dTomato-Nuc.
Red fluorescent protein (dTomato-Nuc) is express in the nuclei of all the cells. This makes the strain useful for transplantation experiments. The strain is also useful for identification of nuclei or counting cell number during microscopic observations.
