This transgenic line can express lifeact fused with mCherry under UAS promotor.Lifeact is F-Actin binding peptide. F-Actin dynamics can be visualized as red fluoresence. To identify this Tg fish, PCR-based genotyping is required using DNA from embryos or adult fins (5'-CATCGCGTCTCAGCCTCAC-3' and 5'-CCCTTCTTCCTTTGAGATGCTTTGG-3'). |
