In the exon3 of rras, four bases (GACG) are ablated, resulting in a premature termination codon. For genotyping PCR, use the following primers: rras F, 5'- GTA GTA ATT ATT ACA GTG AGT GTG -3'; rrasSO2 WT R, 5'- CTA ATC GTG TCT CCT TCC CGT C -3'; rrasSO2 mutant R, 5'- CTA ATC GTG TCT CCT TCC CAC G -3'.
