Dn2 Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) 7DL,7DS i:Betta-Dn2:PI 634769,i:Karee-Dn2:PI 663774,i:Tugela-Dn2: PI 634772,v:PI 262660,ma:XksuA1-7D - 9.8 cM - Dn2,ma:Myburg et al.{9968} identified two SCAR markers that mapped 3.3 cM proximal to Dn2,ma:Xgwm111-7D200 - 3.05 +/- 0.18 cM - Dn2,ma:XksuA1-7D - 9.9 cM - Dn2 - 2.8 cM - Xgwm437-7D
Comment:
According to Saidi & Quick {1250}, Dn1 and Dn2 are probably allelic. Reference stocks with each gene showed allelism with a gene in PI 262605.
Dn7 Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) Dn2414 1B = 1BL.1RS,1R v:93M45-14,v:94M370,v:ST-ARS 02RWA2414-11,ma:Xbcd1434-1R - 1.4 cM - Dn7 - 7.4 cM - Xksud14-1R,ma:Xhor2-1R - 1.7 cM - Dn7 - 1.0 cM - Xscb241-1R,ma:Marker Xrems1303320 was amplified only in genotypes resistant to biotype 3 and presumably possessing Dn7
Comment:
Derived from S. secale cv. Turkey 77 {9918}
Dnx Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) 7DS v:PI 220127,ma:Xgwm111-7D210 - 1.52 +/- 0.15 cM - Dnx
Comment:
Dnx was considered to be located at a locus different from Dn1, Dn2 or Dn5 {0211}, which were likely to be identical or allelic.
Dn1881 Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) 7BS tv:Line 1881,ma:Xgwm46-7BS - 10.1 cM - Dn1881 - 12.8 cM - Xgwm333-7BL

Dn3 Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) v:Ae. tauschii SQ24/T. turgidum TD65,dv:Ae. tauschii SQ24
Comment:
Recessive.
Dn8 Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) 7DS i:Karee-Dn8:PI 634775,v2:PI 294994 Dn5Dn9,ma:Xgwm635-7D100 - less than 3.20 cM - Dn8

Dn1 Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) 7D,7DS i:Betta-Dn1:PI 634768,i:Caledon,i:Gariep,i:Karee-Dn1,i:Limpopo-Dn1,i:Tugela-Dn1:PI591932,v:PI 137739,ma:Xgwm111-7D-7D210 - 3.20 +/- 0.20 cM - Dn1
Comment:

Dn5 Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) 7D,7DL,7DS i:Betta-DN5,i:Palmiet derivative 92RL28,i:Palmiet DN5,v:STARS - 9302W-sib,v:PI 294994,ma:A SCAR marker developed from the RAPD fragment OPF141083 mapped 5.5 cM proximal to Dn5,ma:Xgwm111-7D220 - less than 3.20 cM - Dn5
Comment:
Issues relating to the confused arm location and mapping of Dn5 is discussed in {10310}. Genetic mapping indicated that Dn5 is located in chromosome 7DS, but cytological analysis showed it was located in 7DL {10396}. It was also suggested {10396} that the Palmiet Dn5 line {0004} may not have Dn5 {10396}.
Dn626580 Reaction to Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko) 7DS v:PI 626580,ma:Dn626580 - 1.8 cM - Xbarc214-7D - 3.2 cM - Xgwm473-7D - 3.2 cM - Xgwm473-7D
