Q75HC2. 胚発生で茎頂分裂組織が分化しない。茎頂分裂組織とともに、鞘葉、エピブラストも欠失する。胚盤、幼根は正常。この変異体では、ホメオボックス遺伝子OSH1の発現は正常。茎頂分裂組織の分化に不可欠な遺伝 子。変異体の胚の形態はshl1, shl2とほぼ同じ。GRO:0007044; 06-heading stage ; GRO:0007042; 08-dough stage ; GRO:0007045; 09-mature grain stage ; GRO:0007046; 07-milk stage. a predicted lethal-phenotype gene in Lloyd et al. 2015. TO:0006064: rolled leaf.
