解説
|
胚発生で茎頂分裂組織が分化しない。茎頂分裂組織とともに、鞘葉、エピブラストも欠失する。胚盤、幼根は正常。この変異体では、ホメオボックス遺伝子OSH1の発現領域が極端に狭くなる。茎頂分裂組織の分化に不可欠な遺伝子。2つの対立遺伝子の表現型はほぼ同じ。PO:0009009; embryo ; PO:0020144; apical meristem.
