解説 イネ品種「愛知旭」の持ついもち病抵抗性遺伝子。Pia is composed of two adjacent genes SasRGA4 (Sasanishiki allele of Os11gRGA4) and SasRGA5. Os11gRGA4: AB604621-AB604625, Os11gRGA5: AB604626-AB604630. (Okuyama et al. 2011) Among the four candidate genes (Os11g0224900, Os11g0225000, Os11g0225100 and Os11g0225300), Os11g0225100 was identified as the most promising candidate for Pia (Zeng et al. 2011).
