解説
|
胚乳は透明で、曇った白色 (waxy と透明の中間)。 flouryと異なり、完全に乾燥した状態で発現する。胚乳のアミロース含量を下げる。ヨードヨードカリ反応は濃青色。low amylose content mutant.
