解説 胚発生でcoleoptileと茎頂分裂組織は分化するが、やや扁平。エピブラストは正常であるが、coleoptileは分化しない。発芽後、細く、短い糸状の葉を急速に不規則な葉序で分化する。栄養成長後期になると正常になる。茎頂分裂組織におけるOSH1の発現領域が野生型より狭い。Dicer-like protein, DICER. EC=3.1.26.- A7LFZ6.
