A wild population collected in Kiyosu Town, Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture (collected by Naruse in July 2017). Southern Japanese population. Population genomics information such as population polymorphism information and linkage disequilibrium value has already been measured. The heterozygous frequency is about 1%, and it is an unstrutural group thought not to have experienced introduction or the recent population bottleneck. It is also suggested that it experienced a big bottleneck about 10,000 years ago.
