Characteristics Transgenic strain of see-through medaka, STII-YI. Germ line cells express GFP throughout life. Dimorphism in body color. Female is leucophore free (lf/lf), and male is wild type (lf/+). Dimorphism also observed in PCR marker, SL1, with one band in females and two bands in males.
