|Characteristics||Larva in both male and female, and adult male show GFP fluorescence in liver after estrogen stimulation. Mature female express GFP fluorescence in liver without stimulation. Mature male shows GFP expression in testis, helping to find transgenic male without exposure to estrogen.|
