|Characteristics||Wnt4b is a member of wingless-type MMTV integration site family (WNT). A 3.2 kb genomic fragment encompassing the wnt4b promoter region was cloned into the HindIII-SalI sites of the pEGFP-1 vector (CLONTECH).The EGFP expression is observed in the floor plate cells.|
