GFP was observed clearly in the neuronal tissues later than 5-days after hatch.
6.6kb of 5'- and 1.9kb of 3'-regulatory region of medaka KIF5A were cloned into 5' MCS and 3' MCS of pEGFP vector (Clontech, Cat:632311), respectively.
