Determination of copy number of PDI wheat genes.
Five μg of nuclear DNA from the common hexaploid
wheat Chinese Spring (CS) were digested with EcoRI,
denatured and slot-blotted together with proportional
amounts of target DNA corresponding to 5-40 copies.
Hybridization was carried out with the PDI coding probe.
