About ananassae genome viewer
The “ananassae genome viewer” is designed to provide users with the order of genomic scaffolds inferred from genetic and physical maps of Drosophila ananassae (data from Shaeffer et al. (1)) Using this website, you can also browse and search for available BAC clones constructed by Murakami et al. (2).

This system is being developed in collaboration between the NBRP information center (National Institute of Genetics) and the NBRP-Drosophila Sub-center at Kyorin University.
